I ran one on a daily basis in a prototype shop for over 10 years, and on a part time basis for another 10 years. In my opinion they are superior to a Bridgeport. They're heavier, shorter, and easier to run.

I had one shipped to my shop a few months ago. It weighed 3,145 pounds, including the pallet. Trees are much beefier than a similarly sized Bport. I custom fabricated a mobile base for mine with stout casters. Still need a long lever to move it around, but with no room for a forklift it's my best option.
