Hi Doc, I use a Husqvarna 460 with my Alaskan mill. I've got a 24" bar, a 28" bar, and a 32" bar (referring to the chain bars), but I mostly use the 24" and the 28". I know it's only a midsized saw but it seems to be adequate for the milling I've done.
